Returns;
Our products are everything handmade and are all made to order.
Please note that I will not accept the returning of the products in principle.
I hope you understand due to the long hours goes into making each piece.
Damages and issues;
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds;
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Reshipment of Returned Items;
If you could not receive your package for personal reasons and wish to have it reshipped, we kindly ask that you bear the cost of the reshipping.
Once we confirm receipt of the shipping fee, we will dispatch your package.
